Charles and Lakisha Elder have been joyfully married for 27 years. They are the proud parents of a blended family of six children, including one adopted son, while also cherishing the memory of their beloved son who went home to be with the Lord in 2014. Their family legacy extends to 11 grandchildren, who continually remind them of God’s enduring grace and faithfulness.

 

For more than 25 years, Charles and Lakisha have faithfully served in the Kingdom of God, dedicating their lives to ministry, leadership, and building authentic community. Charles is a veteran of both the United States Marine Corps and the United States Army and holds a Master’s degree in Social Work. His heart for service and compassion for people shine through both his professional and ministry work. Lakisha is an entrepreneur, visionary leader, and the founder of Woman Lift, an outreach ministry that equips and empowers women to rise in faith and purpose. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Doctorate of Ministry from Liberty University. Together, they also steward their business, Elder & Associates.
